• Assistant DZSTL must be DZSTL qualified and a (C) JM for PERS / HE Drops)
  -Two Medics with FLA
  -2 Wind measuring devices (1 @ control center, 1 @ highest location on the DZ)

• Does not have to be DZSTL or JM qualified
• 1 medic w/ FLA(not needed for CDS Drop)
• 1 wind measuring device

If 4ft deep but not 40ft wide, no boat detail BUT you need approved life preserves for all jumpers on the first pass.
