A

Unrelieved CP (> 30 min and < 6hr)
ST segment elevation > 0.1 mV in two or more contiguous leads

Contraindications for Pharmacologic Revascularization?

A

Prior ICH
Structural cerebral vascular lesion or malignant intracranial neoplasm
Ischemic stroke w/n 3 mo
Suspected aortic dissection
Active bleeding or bleeding diathesis
Significant closed head trauma or facial trauma w/n 3mo
Intracranial or intra-spinal surgery w/n 2 mo
Severe uncontrolled HTN (>/= 185//110)
Active bleeding or risk thereof, including abnormal coagulation values
