You will require the driver to accompany you after a BST when:
- The driver refuses to blow.
- No BST device is available.
- The reading is “OVER 400”.
- If the person is under 20yrs and the reading is “UNDER 250” or “250 + OVER”.

- Give Rights / Caution
- Give the driver 10 minutes (actually 12min) to decide whether they want a blood test.
