ecs Cannot be contributed by community like CRD´s eg ingress ,argo cd. whith ecs you no need to manage anything. With ec2 if you fargate very easy to maintain.
Kubernates heavy arch,Ecs very easy.eks is more popular than ecs.ecs is cost effective
