anterior humeral line- drawn along the anterior aspect of the humerus and passes through the middle third of capitellum. ( if it lies anterior, it indicates supracondylar #)

this line is drawn along the centre of the radius and should also pass capitellum. (if not, then dislocation of radial head is suspected)
