Why is it usually DORV and not DOLV

Bulbous Cordis forms mainly part of RV . The outflow arises from Bulbous Cordis

Similarly mostly DILV occurs as Sinus Venosous finally forms part of LA which drains to LV.(partly my interpretation)

Remember BULBOUS CORDIS and SINUS VENOSUS
