Start P/B - ON
Engine selector - as req
Motor engine until fire extinguished or until TGT decreases
Start P/B - OFF
BOTH ENGINES FLAMEOUT
Memory: ignition to relight
ON GROUND EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Park brake - set
Flaps - fully down
Reverse thrust - fully down
Lift dumpers - disarm
Check flaps position 42
Both fuel levers - shut
Consult QRH for further
EMERGENCY DESCENT PF
Should start with ‘EXCESSIVE CABIN ALTITUDE’ procedure.
At ‘DESCENT’ command “Emergency descent”
ATS - Disconnect
Thrust levers - IDLE
Speed brake - out
Flight mode panel - 10,000ft/MEA, LVL CHNG, Mmo/Vmo
PA - “This is the captain, emergency descent”
Take action emergency descent QRH
At level:
- Speed brake in
- ATS on
- set speed
- PA - “This is the captain, oxygen no longer required”
