Pm- Retract flaps, state problem ("Engine 1 Fire")
Pf- Command phase 1  ("Throttle Idle")
Pm- Confirm ("Confirm number 1")
Pf- "Confirm"
Pm- Bring throttle to idle
Pf- "Slats retract, after takeoff check"
Pm- retract slats
