  1. Hands- tremor, dry skin
  2. Pulse
  3. Eye signs - (Graves: proptosis, chemosis, keratitis, ophthalmoplegia) Hyper: lid lag & retraction ; hypo periorbital oedema, loss of eyebrow, xanthelasma
  4. Neck- Goitre (move w/ swallowing ; bruit, percussion for retro sternal )
  5. Cardiac
  6. Reflexes

Fast AF, pyrexia, vomiting, diarrhoea and mental agitation are all features of a thyroid storm which is a medical emergency necessitating inpatient treatment to control the symptoms rapidly.
