Bugs: S. pneumo, H. Flu, Moraxella, rhinovirus, adenovirus
Sx: otalgia, fever, conductive hearing loss
Tx: watchful waiting unless high fever, worsening of symptoms, no resolution in 48-72h, less than 2yo.
