CNS dysfunction
hypo/hypernatremia
acute renal failure
rhabdomyolysis
hyperventilation-resp alkalosis

Cardiac monitoring
Intubation
Aggressive cooling
Keep UOP > 1ml/kg-use diuretics
Dobutamine for refractory hypotension.
Avoid epi/dopa
