Cubitt is drunk. He tries to get a meeting with Colleoni at the Cosmopolitan but Crab won’t let him. Ida is there too, and speaks with Cubitt. He lets slip that Pinkie plans to marry Rose, that Spicer left the card at Snow’s and that Hale was murdered.
