- Get away with a little bit and then it starts to grow over time
- The way in which the tort was committed
Ex – driver became lazier over time, got into an accident because they forgot to do something

Overconfidence Bias
A
- Lead people to make decisions without reflecting on their morals
- As people get older, get worse at their jobs, become more confident, stop learning and peak at their performance (overconfident in their abilities)
