H² = Null Hypothesis

A Directional Hypothesis says there will be a change in one particular direction.

e.g. “Going on holiday will reduce my stress levels”

Non-Directional Hypothesis

It says the change could go in either direction
e.g. “Going on holiday will affect my stress levels”
