Q

how do orbital floor fractures present?

A
  • Pain, decreased visual acuity, diplopia (double vision)
  • Hypoaethesia in infraorbial region (partial numbness)
  • Periorbital ecchymosis (blue-purple bruising and edema (swelling) around eyes)
  • Oedema
  • Enopthalmos
  • Restriction of ocular movement
  • Bony step of orbital rim
