• To establish a professional relationship and to ensure we are working with our internal and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding customer service.
• complete the inspection in a timely manner and what this means to me is working with the stakeholder (calling ahead of time to allow them time to adjust their schedules) so if I start as soon as it is assigned by the end of the month or hopefully before we should have an accurate completed inspection and everyone is satisfied.
• verify the business certificate
• ensure the responsible party information is accurate (correct billing address, email, contact phone numbers).
• work with our FCIP advisor on technical or procedural information
• Inspection not progressing or inspection attempted three times and the results were not met with compliance.
