o Memory impairment
o IBS
o Headaches
o Jaw pain

Diagnostics for fibromyalgia

Answer 3

o Must have widespread pain on both sides of the body and above and below the waist >3months
o Must have 11/18 tender points
o Lab work should be normal

Treatment for fibromyalgia

o Cymbalta
o Lyrica
o SNRI
o Amitriptolyne for sleep
o SSRI or tramadol for pain
