1. A new field was created to make a new relationship between the EXPENSES TABLE OCCURRENCE and the LINE ITEMS TABLE OCCURRENCE. What is in this field?

In general, it is the information that you are using in a new way that GETS THE NEW TABLE OCCURRENCE, the LINE ITEMS table, in this case.

b. A LINE ITEM that bills for an EXPENSE.
a. MANAGE DATABASE dialog box, click ADD TABLE OCCURRENCE button
b. Select the LINE ITEMS table from the list, and name it Expenses__LINE ITEMS
c. Click OK

help you remember the SOURCE TABLE for the new TABLE OCCURRENCE.
a. The “EXPENSES” part of the name tells you why you made the new TO- to help tie in INVOICE LINE ITEMS to the PROPER EXPENSE RECORDS
b. “LINE ITEMS” is in ALL CAPS, so you can remember that the new TO comes from the LINE ITEMS table. Use whatever naming scheme you want, but USE IT CONSISTENTLY.
