4 Firearm Safety Rules

  1. Handle all firearms as if they were loaded
  2. Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction
  3. Keep finger off trigger and out of trigger guard until you have a sight picture
  4. Be certain of your target and verify that the surrounding area is safe before firing

A

The slide strips a round from the magazine, forcing the round into the chamber and seating it.

- Get the empty mag out ASAP, THEN index a new mag

- Index, then press mag catch, then switch-a-roo & retain magazine
- Remember to bump up
