**A person, who sets off Permitted Fireworks, must take measures that minimize the likelihood of fires or harm to people or property, including (four things)**
- When setting off fireworks or sparklers must have what available?
- Never light fireworks while doing what (minus sparkler) ?
- After using sparklers, how do you dispose of them ?
- Allow all materials to do what before disposal ?
- *when setting off Permitted Fireworks or using sparklers, having a container of water or charged hose line available and readily accessible*
- NEVER lighting a firework or holding a lit firework in their hand, OTHER than a sparkler*
- after the use of sparklers, placing expired sparklers into a container of water to fully cool before disposal
- allowing all fireworks materials to fully cool before disposal.
