What’s the takeoff brief?
If we have an engine fire or failure prior to V1 the pilot noting the malfunction will call “abort, abort”, and you the (Captain) will abort the takeoff. If I see any other malfunction I will bring it to your attention and you the (Captain) will state “Abort, abort” or “Continue”.
What is on the takeoff briefing?
PERF: Right seat departure TO2/ ATTCS ON/ FLEX 30/ ECS OFF Expected Taxi Route/ Hot Spots S.E. Procedure DT, return to the field 15L (I fly, you fix) 400 feet NAV, 1000 feet FLCH MEL/CDL. EPC/QRH are located here Special considerations (weather, P56, noise abatement) Any Questions?
