   a. When entering the departure runway:
   (1) RUNWAY TURNOFF lights — ON.
   (2) POSITION lights — STROBE & STEADY.
   (3) WING light — ON.
   b. When cleared for takeoff:
   (1) LANDING lights — ON.
3. A/T ARM switch — As required.
4. Transponder — TA+RA. (PM)
