Electrical Power Up

[Vol.1 5.8.1 Fire & Overheat System Test required PRE & POST APU start if no GPU]
If ground power not available, perform fire test prior to starting APU. If APU DET INOP light fails to illuminate, do not operate APU. Wheel well warning will not illuminate pre, but should post APU start.
