PROCEDURE
In all instances of forcible entry, the Officer in Charge (OIC) will ensure crew safety as their top priority.
Personnel are to don appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as determined by the OIC. While
operating in complex scenes, the OIC may request additional resources to respond to their location, if not
already on the scene (i.e., DC/BC, MPD, Spec Ops, etc.)
