1. Consider referral to forensic psychiatry if there is an illegal paraphilia or features or stalking/harassment or escalation of worrying behaviours
2. Discuss with safeguarding if any concerns about children
3. Assess risk of self harm and suicide
4. medication to lower libido
5. Mainstay is psychological treatment I.e CBT
