-Anna’s older sister. She’s constantly looks for her approval, but is also fiercely protective of her. The ice magic always makes Anna smile
-Elsa made it snow inside the castle when they were young. Her and Anna created Olaf
-Was born with her powers, not cursed. Even young, her powers were getting stronger
-Wore gloves to help control her powers. Her and her dad would say, “conceal it, don’t feel it, don’t let it show.”
-Was scared of her powers. Getting upset only makes it worse. She didn’t want her parents to touch her because she was afraid of hurting them
-Listened to Anna at the door in her room filled with frost
-3 years later… It’s her coronation day when she becomes queen.
-Walked away from Anna and she accidentally took one of her gloves off, exposing her ice powers. People were afraid of her. Even where she stepped caused frost. Expanding over all the water and Arendelle. Anna said “froze the summer”
-Climbed up a snowy mountain and created her ice castle. She brought Olaf back
-Didn’t know what she was capable of
-Felt like being alone, she wouldn’t hurt anybody and could be herself
-Love thaws a broken heart. Elsa’s did that for Anna. She realized that was the way to thaw Arendelle
-Learned to control her powers. She created an ice skating rink for the town

-Rock troll who saved child Anna. Views him as a figure of authority. Anna respects his foresight and relies on his deep connection to the elemental magic of their world
-The heart is not so easily changed, but the head can be persuaded. He recommended removing all magic even memories of magic to be safe. But leave the fun
-Said Elsa’s power would only grow. There’s beauty in it, but also great danger. She must learn to control it. Fear will be her enemy. Till then, the gates would be locked, reduce staff, limit her contact with people and keep her powers hidden from everyone

-When her asked Anna about her hair, she said she was born with it. But dreamt she got kissed by a troll
-Said he had 12 brothers. Three pretended her was invisible for 2 years. Anna understood that feeling
-When Anna’s horse returns to Arendelle, Hans and others went to go find her

-A core memory of Anna’s childhood. Elsa used her ice magic to build him when they were kids and he retained all of those memories when he is brought to life. He loves reading, learning new things and warm hugs

Where’s Olaf? He’s at the beach. You know he loves summer and sun and all things hot so he decided he was gonna go soak up the sun on the sand.
Where’s Kristoff? Oh well he had a lot of ice delivers to make around Arendelle so him and Sven loaded up their sled and are getting those dropped off. It can become pretty busy work as Arendelle’s official ice master and deliver. But it’s nice when Sven helps him out so they can the ice dropped off more quickly. And then maybe they can come with us the next time we visit your kingdom.
Where’s Sven? Oh he was getting a little bit stinky so he’s back in Arendelle and Kristoff is giving him a bath to get him nice and clean.

-Olaf can’t read or spell much
-Elsa got her a bracelet, a coocoo clock with Olaf popping out, flowers, a sandwich, a framed portrait of the five of them, a snow globe, a cape from Oakens Cloakens
