Q

Do you prefer working independently or on a team?

A

Blend of both.

Independent work allows me to use all my brain power to focus on the task. Useful to build initiative which will be needed in more senior positions

Collaboration is essential for a business’ success. Someone may have all the accounting knowledge but if they can’t communicate it, they won’t go very far
