Definition of a controlled drug analogue, section 2 of MODA 1975?
Means any substance that has a structure substantially similar to that of any controlled drug. Does not include:
- Any substance described in schedule 1, 2 & 3 (the regular drugs)
- any medicine within the meaning of the Medicines act 1981.
- an approved product within the meaning of the psychoactive substances act 2013.
- a non- psychoactive TCH analogue.
