• Only takes about 1hr 30 mins to run entirely
  
  • If overloaded the analyser will flag after 20 mins but positives will usually come up in about 1 hour
  • Only need a tiny amount of sample added to buffer and vortexed
    ○ Swab a tiny amount of sample and add to buffer
    ○ Snap off swab tip in buffer and vortex together
    ○ Add mixture to norovirus GeneXpert cartridge
