A

In Japan, land is scarce. This comes at a high price. There is little flat land as buildings have already taken it all up.

A

Because Japan experiences an average of 1,500 earthquakes every year, although most are too weak to feel.

Why is Crowded and polluted an issue in Japan?

A

Because Japan’s cities are extremely packed. Tokyo has a population density of 37,000 people per square kilometre which can make it feel crowded. All those people and vehicles also contribute to air pollution, especially in major cities. Factories also cause air and noise pollution.

A

Because Japan is situated between 4 tectonic plates (Eurasian plate, North America plate, Phillippine plate and Pacific plates). They rub and hit against each other which sends of energy towards to land which starts an earthquake.

A

Because People all over the world want to eat meat , like chicken and pork. To feed these animals, we need a lot of food. Unfortunately Farmers cut down trees to make room for soybean farms because they can make a lot of money growing them.
