I have been heavily involved in audit and teaching, which has enabled me to improve my learnign around service improvement, training and teaching skills. However, i have found it difficult to find avenues to pursue true research work. I know that as a trainee it is important…
- I plan to raise this with future supervisors, attend journal clubs, and I have already seen a research methodology course on the approved study leave list for higher specialty trainees.
