- donezapil 1st line for behavioural/ cognitive. and rivastagmine, 2nd line- memantine. this is same as alzheimers
- levopoda/ carbidopa for motor (rigidity, slowness, PD-like symptoms)
- sertraline for related depression (severe only)
- zopiclone for related REM disturbance
NOT antipsychotics esp risperidone/ typical ones - haloperidol – can –> irreversible parkinsonism. only use for high risk/ high distress
