Simultaneously roll wings level and rotate to pitch attitude of 20deg
Retract speed brakes
If terrain remains a threat pitch to the PLI or stick shaker or initial buffet

-Do not change gear or flap configuration until terrain sep assured
Monitor RA for sustained terrain sep.
