John let’s get down to the reason you are here today and that is to find out what the marine corps can do for you. In order to do that we need to find out what is important to you. The Marine corps has Identified 11 traits that have made many people like you successful, and we put them on what we call (point to tags) benefit tags. What I would like you to do is look through these tags (slide the tags to applicant), pick out the ones that are most important to you and lay them out in order of priority from your first choice to your last choice (hand gesture). What this will do for you is allow you to see how the marine corps can help you reach your goals in life. Can you do that for me? John did you lay these tags in order of preference from you first choice (point at first tag) to your last choice (points at last tag)? What I am going to do now is stack these tags in the same order that you laid them out so we can talk about them as we need to.
