A
Assess glucose. If less than 4, take action.
Obeying commands?
15g of oral glucose, get them to eat something
If deteriorating or not obeying commands?
Dextrose 10% 15g (150mls)
Normal saline flush 10mls
Unable to IV- glucagon 1iU
Repeat if gcs
