Otolith organs - Rapid longitudonal acceleration can be perceived as pitching into steep climb.

Graveyard spiral/somatogyral illusion.
A
Pilot has the leans (is unaware) and aircraft enters spiral dive. Recognises speed increase, pulls back, loads the aircraft. Must level wings and recover from dive.
