How to express Greek instrumental ‘with’?
Put the instrument in the dative case,
e.g. ὁ Ἰησους διδασκει [ἐν] ταις παραβολαις.
Jesus teaches with the parables OR using the parables. (The ἐν is optional.)
If the instrument is a person (agent) what do you do?
use ὑπο + genitive (by the hands of/by/with)
e.g. ὑπο του Θεου (by God)
