What is Spectrum Wifi?
Spectrum WiFi A free WiFi connection for the patrons of our business customers. Spectrum WiFi enables business service customers to provide WiFi network access to their patrons. It allows Charter Internet customers free WiFi access using their Charter credentials. Installation Installation is fully supported by Charter and is included at no additional charge with Spectrum Business Internet for qualifying small business customers.
Eligibility
• Only businesses with a public patron area (seating area, waiting area, foot traffic, etc.) will be eligible for Spectrum Wi-Fi.
Who can gain access to Spectrum Wifi?
Access
- The patrons of Spectrum Business Internet Customers will be able to access the service at Spectrum Wi-Fi locations with their Charter Identity (charter.net or Spectrum Business.net username) with no additional charge.
- Provides the capability for a 30 minute free trial for non-Charter customers or Charter customers who do not currently subscriber to Internet service.
