Why leave?
I enjoy where I currently work, the culture and work ethic, but there is little progression and opportunity to learn. Would like to progress into a role where I can get stuck in and learn about the business.

In terms of the financial industry I think definitively in the short term it would suffer - every hire freeze, companies promoting remain.
Personally I think there are benefits to the eu.. We need to have a more proactive role as a large country… This will come gradually with change
