What’s the difference between an Acting and Temporary Duty Manager?
A temporary DM is for situations in which your usual manager is absent for an undefined amount of time or leaves their position without warning.
An acting DM is for situations in which your usual manager is absent for a pre-determined amount of time or cannot make a one-off shift, like if they are going on leave or have called in sick.
As a temporary DM, when should you apply for your own Duty Manager’s Certificate?
