Idiots (25-0): loathsome in his contributions to society, he lives his life and is done
Issues with Goddard’s Scale:
If you test a scale with people who do not know the language, are they going to do well?
The scoring of his scale was off and he did not have a good baseline. When he tested average citizens they often scored on the lower-end of his scale
