Purpose: Increase extension at the knee.
Stabilize leg by sitting on foot, thumbs on either side of tibial tuberosity, hands cupped around calf, pull towards self
Posterior Glide of the tibia on femur
Purpose: Increase flexion of the knee. Thumbs on both side of tibial tuberosity, hands cupped around calf the thenar eminences and palms, push posteriorly parallel to femur
