31 days old, 5 gold coins given to decendents of priests who usted to work im the temple, it frees them from "temple service"

Jews have to follow the laws a lot more closely

A jewish person dies: describe what happens?

-Jews belive the body doesn't fully leave the soul until the burrial takes place(family members are left to grieve without following religious rules) Shiva: 7 days of intense mourning - mourners must stay at home:-mirrors are covered, cannot focus on their appearance + prayer services held 3 times a day - mourners recite the Kiddish

What is the Kiddush?

Prayer recited over a cup of wine immediately before the meals of the eve of a sabbath or festival

How does the ark help with Jewish worship?

Regared as the holiest place in the synogogue because it is where the torah is kept(+2 stone tablets on the,-10 commandments)
