How do you pour an inoculation plate and what does each layer do
A
1) pour layer of nutrient agar containing selective pressure (15% NaCl)
2) tilt Petri dish so it has varying levels of salinity
3) once hardened lay flat and pour layer of nutrient agar without selective pressure
