Q

What is an Ergometer?

A

It is a device from which work and power can be determined. (its not really measuring your work, because it doesn’t measure wind, slippery, shoes, or weight.) They are measuring the net outcome.

Q

The estimated energy used when exercising depends on:

A

1) Whether weight-dependent exercise mode, e.g. run vs row
2) Exercise efficiency
