A

ERP system, a big software that manages a company’s operations. It means you use ERP almost exactly as it comes. With only very small changes. Little or no modification.
- Commonly used by companies implementing their solution with one location. Can start using It sooner
- More simple and less costly but its competitive advantage is less

A

“maker” of the ERP - Design and build ERP software: decide architecture, modules and user interface
- Maintain it overtime (fix bugs, improvements.)
- Provide official doc. And sometimes sell product directly
- Without publisher  ERP wouldn’t exist
