only males affected, no homologous locus on the X
Recessive inheritence
Autosomal X-linked - more males affected than females - No father to son transmission - Affected female has affected father - Affected female will have all affected sons
Dominant inheritence
Autosomal - one parents needs it - no skipping - father can pass to daughter and son X-linked - father passes to all daughters
