What are the key aspects of Agent based modelling?
A
Agent based modelling (ABM) is supposed to overcome the limitations of mathematical models.
It’s a recent trend based upon the bottom-up approach with the ability model emergent phenomena. This means, for example, the consideration of innovation on social-economic systems.
ABM is based on an Atomic Model Element, which means that the focus is set on the individual consumer (the agent) and not the overall system.
These features have led to a better understanding of macro-level dynamics of social systems, which aggregates individual behaviour.

Q
What are the technological spill overs within spatial difussion modelling and their connotations?
A
• Spill overs may occur through different channels:
International exchange and foreign indirect investment.
