The requirement that procedures used by government in gathering information and making decisions to be reasonable and fair.
What is the Bill of Rights?
The first ten amendments to the Constitution. It lists some basic rights of the people that the federal government may not interfere with and must protect.
What is equal protection of the laws?
Treating all individuals or groups of people equally under the law, unless there is a good and fair reason for not doing so.
