EBCAU test (for maintenance)
- Should get a Red GOV light followed by a Yellow GOV light.
- NR should increase to 390 +/- 2
When turning EBCAU OFF:
- Yellow GOV and Red GOV light should go out
- NR should return to the normal FADEC Controlled range
